Humber Marine and Renewables is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee.

We are run by a board of voluntary directors from regional industry, with the day-to-day operations looked after by operations manager, Mary Green. Dave Dawson is our stakeholder manager, supporting our members and delivering on the strategic objectives identified by the directors and the advisory board.

The directors are:
